Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable.
2. Maintain financial records, invoices, and bank statements.
3. Process payments, expenses, and reimbursements.
4. Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
5. Assist in preparing financial reports and tax filings.
6. Support payroll processing and other finance-related tasks.
7. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
8. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for financial documentation.
9. Perform general administrative tasks related to accounting.
Skills & Qualification
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
3. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Zoho Books, Tally, QuickBooks).
4. Strong numerical and analytical skills.
5. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
6. Good communication and organizational skills.
7. Ability to handle confidential financial information.
Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in an accounting or finance role.
