Architect

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop architectural designs, plans, and drawings based on project requirements.

2. Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project feasibility.

3. Prepare detailed blueprints and 3D models using design software.

4. Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure compliance with design standards.

5. Research materials, building codes, and sustainability practices for efficient designs.

6. Coordinate with the project team to meet deadlines and budgets.

7. Present design proposals and modifications to clients for approval.

8. Ensure adherence to local regulations, safety guidelines, and zoning laws.

Skills & Qualification

1. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.

2. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other architectural software.

3. Excellent understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.

4. Strong visualization, problem-solving, and design thinking skills.

5. Ability to work on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

6. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Experience

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design and project management.

2. Prior experience working on residential, commercial, or interior projects is preferred.
