Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive company growth.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

3. Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and potential areas for expansion.

4. Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets.

5. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and sales, to align strategies.

6. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.

7. Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize business profitability.

8. Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

Skills & Qualification

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.

2. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding business growth targets.

3. Experience in the interior design or related industry is a plus.
