Job Overview:

As a Salesperson, you will play a crucial role in generating revenue by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets by delivering an excellent sales experience from the first point of contact to post-sale follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify potential clients and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Present and demonstrate services, highlighting their features and benefits.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and secure long-term relationships.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and close deals.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Interior Design Industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis.
