HR Assisstant

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in recruitment processes, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.

2. Maintain employee records and update HR databases.

3. Support onboarding and offboarding processes.

4. Assist in payroll processing and attendance tracking.

5. Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.

6. Coordinate training sessions and HR-related events.

7. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

8. Handle general administrative tasks for the HR department.

Skills & Qualification

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Basic understanding of HR functions and best practices.

4. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

5. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

6. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR-related role or internship.
