Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
2. Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
3. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
4. Collaborate with the design and content teams to create visually appealing posts, videos, and campaigns.
5. Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging social media best practices.
7. Run and optimize paid social media campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
8. Engage with influencers, brand ambassadors, and partnerships to enhance visibility.
Skills & Qualification
1. Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.).
2. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
3. Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
4. Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite is a plus).
5. Strong analytical skills to measure performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
6. Creativity and ability to generate fresh, engaging content ideas.
7. Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple platforms and campaigns.
Experience
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
2. Proven track record of growing and managing social media accounts for brands or businesses.
3. Experience with social media advertising and campaign optimization is a plus.
